Red light therapy is generally very well tolerated in animals - it is also widely used in humans with few side effects. However, there are some basic, common-sense safety guidelines you should follow. Each treatment should last no longer than 30 minutes to avoid irritating your dog's skin, and you should never shine red lights directly into your dog's eyes.

Red light wraps are adjustable, and are generally suitable for dogs between 20-100lbs. Wraps may not be suitable for toy breeds and ultra-large breeds.
