Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and documentation.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or is not returned in its original packaging.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at tashitashilotus@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at tashitashilotus@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it is issued.

If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be denied.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we ship only within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
